Before you book.

Do you repair motorhomes as well as campervans? +
Yes. We diagnose and repair both campervans and motorhomes, including electrical, charging, heating, solar, water and habitation-related faults.
What does the £110 + VAT diagnostic appointment include? +
The appointment includes up to 1 hour of technician diagnostic time. We use that time to investigate the fault, test the relevant systems and identify the likely cause. Minor repairs may be completed during the appointment where possible.
Is the diagnostic charge also the repair cost? +
No. The diagnostic appointment covers the time required to investigate the fault. If additional labour or parts are required, we'll explain what we've found and discuss the cost with you before carrying out further work.
Can you diagnose work installed by another converter? +
Yes. A large part of our repair work involves systems installed by other converters, manufacturers or previous owners. We can inspect and diagnose the existing installation.
Can you diagnose leisure battery and charging problems? +
Yes. We regularly diagnose leisure batteries, DC-DC chargers, split-charge systems, solar charging, mains chargers, battery drains and related electrical faults.
Do you repair diesel heaters? +
Yes. We diagnose diesel heater faults including starting problems, fuel delivery issues, electrical faults, controller problems and installation-related issues.
Do I need to leave the vehicle with you? +
This depends on the fault and what we find during the appointment. Some diagnostic work can be completed within the booked hour, while more involved faults may require the vehicle to stay with us. We'll discuss this with you if required.
